What we do
Train  - our first priority is to train the local body of Christ about God’s great vision for this world.  We are passionate about teaching, preaching, and training believer’s about their call in God’s great mission.  This takes place through church services, special events, and internships.

Mobilize – We mobilize over 100 short-term missionaries each year to go into nations around the globe.  We believe that if short-term missions is done correctly (genuinely focused on the needs of the local area and guided by on the ground missionaries or national pastors) that it makes a major impact in both nations where we serve and in the hearts of those who go.  We believe strongly in long-lasting relationships so we return to the same locations year after year in order to help local leaders build strong foundations and reach out into their communities with creativity and relevance.

Our short-term trips are announced each October and trips typically are launched between the spring and fall.

Send – We also serve as a sending agency for missionaries that are launched out of Church on the Rock in Lubbock, Texas.  The sending process typically takes 2 years and we walk missionaries through a process of counseling, logistic coordination, and strategy before they go.  Once on the field, we are committed to supporting and sending to the best of our abilities by giving each missionary a personal care team and office support to oversee finances and logistics.
